My MIL has given me a feed bag full of wool. They are all in skeins and the are water damaged. So I need to wash it all before it can be used. This is some I washed the other day and I have left it out to dry.

Then I stretched it across two chairs and started to ball it up.

In this bag is the result of balling up two skeins.

I am hoping to be able to knit work socks with this thick wool for hubby and wonderson to wear to work.
I have found a tutorial on youtube, so I will be trying this soon.
Will let you know how I go.
see ya

Wow, you must have a lot of patience! Washing, drying, rolling it all into balls. Looking forward to seeing what you make with it. And by the way, your cow quilt is so darned cute. :)
