My goodness, only a few short weeks ago I was complaining that I had to buy eggs. Now I'm getting between 4 and 6 a day. we cannot eat that many eggs so I will have to start baking. We still have frozen silverbeet from last year so I will be making greek egg and silverbeet pie. The kids love it and its great cold for lunches and morning teas at work.
We buy our chooks from and organic grower and they cost a little more but the are worth it.
