Roman Baths in Samos

These are the roman baths in Samos, Cleopatra and Mark Anthony would come here and summer vacation. It was their summer love shack.

Hera was the wife of Zeus. Her temple was a huge one in its heyday.

Samos

sitting on the balcony early in the morning and enjoying the cool breeze in samos this morning. I have met even more relatives. boy I have a lot here! They are all wonderful and loving and I feel special. We came over from the mainland on a boat but will fly back to athens on monday. the weather here is HOT!!!!! Today we are having a family BBQ back at the village and on sunday my cousin is taking me on the grand tour of the whole island. should get some great photos then. Hopefully will be able to post some soon.
If your in the US and in the danger zone stay safe, everyone back home in Australia. I REALLY MISS YOU GUYS. There definately is no place like home!

I am in Greece!

Arrived in Greece safe and sound. Man we live along way from the rest of the world!
Its hot here l am in Piraeus but will be leaving for the island Samos tonight on the boat. Have been visiting relos here and weI had a great time at dinner last night.
I hope to post pics, but so far l have had a hard time getting on free wifi with my laptop so who knows when that will happen.

sitting in my pj's just having a lazy day. Yesterday did all the housework so the I leave a clean house. Hopefully  I will return to same.
Today I will just rest and regain some energy ready for tomorrow. Im sure there will be some last minute emergencys I will have to tend to!
Getting excited now( nervous) the butterflys have def started.
Plan is Leanne will pick us up and we will leave for the airport about 5ish. Plane takes off at 9.30 and then off we go.

Happy Birthday George

Today would have been my brothers 40th birthday. He died almost 14 years ago and I still miss him everyday.
