Today the birds are singing, the sky is a wonderful grey colour, and the sound of the ride on mower is in the background.
But the best part of today is I have finally got the wireless to work, and hubby gave me my own laptop. So I am typing this in bed, nice and warm with the cat asleep next to me.
It really is a wonderful world.

The crockpot is a slow cooker, and all I do with the chicken is pop it in, season it with whatever you want, in my case the chicken was already seasoned. Cook it overnight on low and you have a fully cooked chicken that is nice and moist that you can use in anything that calls for cooked chicken, or like us we used it in sandwiches.
