Today I lost 1.4 kilos.
Than means I am now under 80 kilos for the first time in near 10 years.
I am so happy
Now to keep going.

Good for you - slowly does it. Won't be long before the end will be in sight
Have to start looking at my portion sizes as someof mine is creeping back on again.
Any news on the building front - now its delivered you must be champing at the bit to get it put together
